On Friday September 16th 2022 a 20 year old woman was pulled over and arrested, she was put in handcuffs and placed in the back of a police cruiser that was stopped in the middle of some train tracks.
While the officers were searching the woman’s vehicle, a train came and smashed into the cruiser that had the handcuffed suspect locked in the back seat.
She ended up suffering 9 broken ribs, a broken arm that required surgery, a broken leg, a fractured sternum as well as back and head injuries and she spent more than a week in the hospital while still having to face a very long recovery period ahead of her.
She has filed a lawsuit that truly should be one of the biggest in the history of the police.
