“Into The Fire” was nominated for an award at the DMZ Doc Fest in Korea. Of the 430 films entered into the international competition 13 were official selections up for the top award.
World leaders and activists from around the world gathered for the G20 Summit. With over 19,000 police officers and security personnel on hand, the results lead to over 1100 arrests, martial law in downtown Toronto, and the most massive violation of civil liberties in Canadian history.

Solidarity within the movement is definitely a good thing, we need to work together when trying to make the world a better place. At the same time we need to be cautious of any and every “global movement” as there is plenty of room for co-option and corruption.
My heart, thoughts and prayers are with the people of Norway during this difficult time. These are some of my views on the reactions to this event that we are seeing all over the world.
