John Carpay is a Canadian lawyer and the president of the Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms (JCCF), a Calgary-based legal advocacy group he founded in 2010 which focuses on defending constitutional freedoms through litigation and education, often taking on cases related to free expression, equality, and challenges to government overreach.
