A Hamilton judge just ruled Ontario’s sex offender registry UNCONSTITUTIONAL scrapping mandatory lifetime tracking for convicted predators! Justice Davin Garg says it’s “overboard” and violates Charter rights for offenders like Michael Roberts (convicted of sexually assaulting FOUR victims).
But that’s not all, this comes hot on the heels of even more insanity: A transgender-identifying man (“Alice” Michael Attwood) who stabbed his OWN 7 and 8-year-old children with a serrated knife, slashing his daughter’s throat, severing 75% of her esophagus, gets a pathetic 5 YEARS in prison!
