The FTC wants to fine YouTubers over $42k per video for child attractive content that is labeled for adults only. YouTube was found guilty of violating COPPA by misusing the information of children under the age of 13 who needed their parents permission but didn’t receive it. YouTube is now making the content creators directly responsible for deciding if their content is child friendly or not and if they get it wrong they’ll be slapped with a fine of $42,530.00!
