The internet has dubbed “Egg Boy” a hero following his attack on Australian senator Fraser Anning after the senator made insensitive remarks following the Christchurch mosque shootings. Within hours of the shootings that left 50 people dead senator Anning said “The real cause of bloodshed on New Zealand streets today is the immigration program which allowed Muslim fanatics to migrate to New Zealand in the first place,”… “Let us be clear, while Muslims may have been the victims today, usually they are the perpetrators.” This caused an uproar on the internet which led to the moment where a 17 year old Will Connolly took matters into his own hands by smashing an egg over the head of the senator.
