The Liberals are introducing a new provision that hopes to slow down so call “irregular” border crossings into Canada.
The Trudeau government is proposing to prevent asylum seekers from making refugee claims in Canada if they have made similar claims in certain other countries, including the United States. This has refugee advocates and diehard promoters of #WelcomeToCanada up in arms.
