It was first attempted with SOPA the “Stop Online Piracy Act”, then it was ACTA “The Anti Counterfeiting Trade Agreement”, then It was CISPA “the Cyber Intelligence Sharing and Protection Act”, and NOW it’s Bill C-18 the “online news act”
