BC Doctor FINED $28K For REFUSING PUBERTY BLOCKER TO 14-YEAR-OLD!!!

A B.C. family doctor was ordered to pay $28,100 after refusing to inject a 14-year-old with the puberty blocker Lupron on religious and scope-of-practice grounds.

In this video Dan Dicks of Press For Truth breaks down the B.C. Human Rights Tribunal ruling against Dr. Henry Ajaero and what it means for medical conscience in Canada.

In March 2021, Ajaero declined to administer a Gender Clinic prescription he had never given before.

The family got the shot at a walk-in clinic the same day, then filed a human rights complaint.

On September 1, the tribunal called his conduct discriminatory, awarded $20,000 for “injury to dignity, feelings and self-respect” plus $8,100 in expert fees, and rejected his religious objection by treating Lupron as something other than gender-related treatment.

This is not a story about emergency care or malpractice.

It is about whether a physician can say no, and whether tribunals can punish that no.
