Enter Bill C-270, the Stand on Guard Act, introduced by Conservative MP Sandra Cobena: it amends Section 34 of the Criminal Code to presume reasonable force (including lethal) was justified against unlawful intruders in your home, flipping the script so your castle is truly protected.
