FTC To FINE YouTubers $42,530 PER VIDEO Under New COPPA For Kids Rule - What You NEED To Know!!!

The FTC wants to fine YouTubers over $42k per video for child attractive content that is labeled for adults only. YouTube was found guilty of violating COPPA by misusing the information of children under the age of 13 who needed their parents permission but didn’t receive it. YouTube is now making the content creators directly responsible for deciding if their content is child friendly or not and if they get it wrong they’ll be slapped with a fine of $42,530.00! In this video Dan Dicks of Press For Truth provides examples of where we’ve seen this before, how it’s all a ruse to stifle free speech online and most importantly what you as an individual can do about it to protect free speech moving forward.
